Proxy authentication

failure (login and/or

password not ok)

CAUSE 1 : The settings of PROXY are not cor-

rect

SOLUTION : Verify the settings provided by the

network administrator/IT

CAUSE 2: The PROXY server is off

SOLUTION : Ask the network administrator/IT to

verify the PROXY server

To access LAN parameters:

• Go in service mode

• press 4, press 1, press 2

• Choice 1 enable to view DHCP and DNS

setting

• choice 3 enable to print DHCP parameters

and

• choice 4 enable to print proxy settings

SOLUTION : Ask the network administrator/IT to

set the proxy in: basic, NTLM or transparent mode

the machine with the analog modem.
